Local guides for the 2026/27 winter season
We are looking for a small number of local guides to host our winter weeks in Kiruna. We would rather work with a few people properly across a season than book strangers at short notice.
Wednesday to Sunday, two to eight guests
Sixteen departures run between 2 December 2026 and 28 March 2027, each one Wednesday to Sunday with up to eight guests, based at Elite Hotel Frost.
The guide meets the group at Kiruna airport, is their host for five days, drives them to and from every activity in our minibus and keeps the days flowing.
Dog sledding, snowmobile and ice fishing, the Sámi visit, the ICEHOTEL and the aurora chases are guided by the suppliers themselves. The guide is the constant, not the instructor.
You arrive to a week that is already organised
All planning, bookings, supplier contact, guest communication and administration sit with us.
The vehicle, the fuel and the insurance are ours.
What is left is the part that cannot be arranged in advance: being a good host for five days.

Assignments are booked when a group is confirmed, sometimes at short notice, and invoiced from your own company after the week.
We are open about the fact that we are still building our roster for the coming season, so tell us what you normally charge for a Wednesday to Sunday assignment.
We are a small company and we pay on time.
