Wednesday 30 December 2026 to Sunday 3 January 2027, four nights at Elite Hotel Frost. It follows the same rhythm as every other departure - the transfers, the winter clothing, the six experiences and a local host with you all week - but it runs across the one evening in the year that people remember.
Kiruna in late December is dark almost all day, which is exactly why the aurora chases are good and why the evenings matter. You are in the centre of town, in one hotel, for the whole week.
Everything a week includesAn amuse bouche, four courses, and no journey home
New Year's Eve is spent at Restaurant Fe, in the hotel you are already staying in: an amuse bouche, a four-course New Year supper and a drinks pairing chosen for it. Restaurant Fe serves only that supper that night.
You walk from your room to the table, and afterwards you walk back. In Kiruna in late December, at minus twenty and with no taxi to find, that is worth more than it sounds.
The other three evenings are the same two-course dinner as every other departure.
What the New Year week adds
- On New Year's Eve, an amuse bouche and a four-course New Year supper at Restaurant Fe at Elite Hotel Frost - the hotel you are already staying in. The other three evenings are the same two-course dinner as every other departure.
- A drinks pairing chosen for that supper, included in the price. You need to tick it when you register your interest, otherwise the supper is served without drinks.

Over New Year every activity, every supplier and every member of staff costs more, the hotel prices the week differently, and the logistics are harder to run. The supper, the drinks pairing and the gift sit on top of that.
